More and more, I find myself in situations where people ask me about job opportunities or where to find a good cleaning service or what my favorite place in town is to get my hair cut. 

Not only do I enjoy helping people who ask me these questions, but the networking opportunities also build relationships with local businesses.  It’s not just being a good neighbor and sharing ideas or information, but also about the “pay it forward” concept.  Karmic returns are also a nice bonus. 

You never know, my hair stylist in return may refer business back to me.
