Our Cause Home
Our cause at Katy's is to use the resources that we have to assist our military community. At Katy's we have the My OH Mega® cookie and we know this cookie can make a difference.
Some have asked, "Why the military?" The reason is because we are humbled by the sacrifices that the military families make for the sake of our freedom. The sad reality is there are families that have lost a spouse or parent as a result of the recent wars. These military families face a new reality with limited resources and, in some cases, limited support.
Our commitment is to donate up to 50% of the profit from the My OH Mega® cookie to causes that help empower our U.S. veterans and military families with children of fallen and disabled soldiers. In addition to providing financial support to these causes, we also want to provide a platform to increase the emotional support to our troops -- support that is priceless. To do this, we have created the Gratitude Map where you can include a photo and message to the troops and their families.
